Choose, preview, print

Narrated with a local synthetic voice. Demonstrated with fictional inventory in an isolated local Item Legacy app. On-screen QR codes point to that local demo, rather than a production item link. Current application screenshots illustrate the updated workflows; clicks are not recorded in those regions.

Print labels from your saved Item Legacy records with Collector or higher. For one item, choose Print Label, select the contents you need, and review the preview. For several items, select them in All Items and choose Print labels. Pick a one-inch square, two-inch square, or cardstock size. If text is shortened or does not fit, use fewer fields or a larger label. The sheet layouts use US Letter paper that you cut to size. Print at Actual Size, check the 50-millimeter ruler, and scan one test label while signed in before printing more. The QR still requires access.
